ReelMotion Terms of Use

By downloading or using ReelMotion, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service

ReelMotion is an AI video creation app that offers photo-to-video effects, text-to-video generation, and optional background removal.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use ReelMotion lawfully and responsibly. You must not upload content you do not have rights to use, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. AI-generated output

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may vary by input and prompt. ReelMotion does not guarantee specific artistic outcomes.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

• Paid features require an active Apple subscription.
• Current plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.
• Credits are allocated per billing period and consumed when generating content.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings.

5. Refunds

Purchases are billed by Apple. Refund eligibility is handled by Apple under App Store policies and local law.

6. Intellectual property

ReelMotion app code, branding, and assets are owned by Techpede or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

ReelMotion is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.

8. Termination

We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
